Electrical Engineering Intern

Astra is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to assist in designing, building, and testing electronics for their launch system and space products.

• Work with a cross-disciplinary team to design and refine flight hardware.
• Take ownership of the design process from conception to build.
• Think creatively and contribute new ideas to the projects.
• Help design products that can evolve with the launch vehicle.
• Improve existing systems and components.

• Pursuing an MS, BS, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in electronics design.
• Exposure to PCB layout and circuit simulation tools.
• Experience in a self-motivated work environment.
• Exposure to Hall Effect Thrusters, radiation-tolerant systems, and high-vibration environments is a plus.
