Staff Systems Engineer

Flexport is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) to contribute to the secure and efficient management of user identities and access privileges.

• Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management lifecycle.
• Drive solutions and project work.
• Administer various IAM technologies and platforms.
• Automate workflows for provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Establish and maintain identity governance processes.
• Develop technical operating procedures and engineering roadmaps.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior staff members.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8-11 years of experience in IAM systems engineering and IT services management.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms.
• Scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with SaaS and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
