Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for designing cost-effective solutions
- Manage multiple projects from concept realization to design approval
- Act as the primary technical contact for suppliers
- Support Ops Engineering team during installation and commissioning
- Work on green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits projects
- Work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Contribute to high-impact, high-visibility projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering or related
- Experience with engineering design project management
- Proficiency in software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD
- Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience preferred
- Experience with automated material handling equipment, robotics, and lean principles
- Willingness to travel globally up to 20%
