Responsibilities
- Perform system expansion and improvement projects
- Develop and maintain complex computer models of the electric delivery system
- Prepare cost-effective system expansion plans
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency
- Incorporate safety into project designs
- Develop new processes and tools for system analysis
- Train and coach less experienced engineers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
- EIT with the ability to become a registered PE
- Technical decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of electric utility rules and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
