Responsibilities
- Support the manufacturing of medical devices built at ZOLL headquarters.
- Create and update production fixtures in CAD.
- Update documentation and work instructions.
- Conduct root cause investigations.
- Assist in designing parts, assemblies, and fixtures using 3D CAD (SolidWorks).
- Apply Lean/6Sigma techniques for quality and cost improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, and Quality engineering.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Minimum completion of the first year with a 2.5 GPA.
- Willingness to work in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and take direction.
- Direct experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
