Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams in various engineering disciplines.
- Create and update production fixtures using 3D CAD (SolidWorks).
- Update documentation and work instructions.
- Conduct root cause investigations.
- Assist in designing floor layouts.
- Apply Lean/6Sigma techniques for quality and cost improvements.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Minimum completion of first year with a 2.5 GPA.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
