Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting of equipment issues.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer quality and design issues.
- Work with Design Engineering to implement product changes.
- Review and recommend improvements to product design and processes.
- Collaborate with core teams on new product development and implementation.
- Approve design changes based on production guidelines.
- Create and maintain engineering documents and databases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and hand tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CAD/Inventor software.
- Broad knowledge of engineering concepts and practices.
- Entry-level position; no previous experience required.
- 0-2 years' experience, including internships or co-ops.
