Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards in manufacturing methods.
- Drive a culture of zero defects and reduce risk to meet product specifications.
- Manage manufacturing process controls and act as a local authority signatory for changes.
- Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Plan and manage project activities, including schedules and resources.
- Maintain Production Technical Packages and ensure manufacturing capabilities meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Provide technical support to operations to meet business needs.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to electric motors, inverters, and fuel cell systems.
- Experience with manufacturing systems like Team Centre.
- Proven leadership in significant manufacturing projects.
- Experience with complex manufacturing changes, such as facility redesigns.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
- Experience with Measurement Systems Analysis and Management of Non-Conformance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to innovation.
