Responsibilities
- Identify design and process issues and drive manufacturing practices with cross-functional teams.
- Develop automation processes aligned with long-term strategies.
- Manage the mechanical/assembly aspects of projects from initial builds through ramp.
- Serve as the mechanical technical lead in resolving issues during product bring-up and lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Product Design team to develop manufacturing processes.
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams and Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) during product development and introduction.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage key technical changes and risks associated with products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in Consumer Product Manufacturing.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects (preferred).
- Familiarity with 3D CAD and Statistical Analysis (preferred).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and executives.
- Technical expertise in product development and manufacturing processes.
