Responsibilities
- Provide floor support for complex space hardware assembly and testing.
- Create and maintain manufacturing process plans and work instructions.
- Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) within an ERP environment.
- Develop and validate manufacturing processes and production line layouts.
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines to solve technical and production problems.
- Collaborate with design engineering team for changes and improvements.
- Leverage new tooling, equipment, and technologies to streamline processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.
- Competent user of common computer programs (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in aerospace manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Ability to write detailed processes for manufacturing space flight hardware.
