Responsibilities
- Engage in the testing and validation of multiple projects across various product categories.
- Creatively generate well-designed tests for unique products.
- Trial and benchmark new test ideas for effectiveness and consistency.
- Serve as a product validation expert on project core teams.
- Leverage knowledge of mechanical design principles and troubleshooting techniques.
- Convert customer use cases into test protocols and requirements.
- Participate in training and development of lab technicians and engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Greater than 2 years of design qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards for product design and testing.
- Technical background in testing methods such as heat transfer and environmental testing.
- Experience with design and build of test equipment.
- Proficient with electronic and mechanical test equipment.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
