Responsibilities
- Engage in testing and validation of multiple projects across various product categories.
- Generate well-designed tests for unique products not defined by industry standards.
- Trial and benchmark new test ideas for effectiveness and consistency.
- Serve as a product validation expert on project core teams.
- Leverage knowledge of mechanical design principles and troubleshooting techniques.
- Convert customer use cases into test protocols and requirements.
- Participate in training and development of lab technicians and engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Greater than 2 years of design qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards for design and testing.
- Technical background in various testing methods and material validation.
- Root Cause Analysis experience with mixed material product assemblies.
- Proficient with electronic and mechanical test equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and technical writing proficiency.
