Responsibilities
- Support the development of packaging solutions for new and existing products.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize packaging specifications and assembly instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on-time packaging solutions.
- Design, plan, and conduct packaging performance testing and trials.
- Drive packaging efficiencies in partnership with logistics and manufacturing partners.
- Support the roll-out and maintenance of packaging inputs to a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
- Research and stay updated on packaging innovations and sustainable materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a Packaging Engineering role.
- Familiarity with packaging testing methodology and packaging software.
- Ability to prioritize impactful activities and manage multiple projects.
- Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
