Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of strategic packages and processes for new packaging platforms.
- Identify and lead packaging sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize packaging specifications and assembly instructions.
- Lead multiple project types including new development and optimization initiatives.
- Provide visibility to project teams regarding packaging development steps and timelines.
- Support a collaborative work environment with global business areas.
- Design and conduct packaging performance testing and trials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering.
- 0-2 years of experience in a Packaging Engineering role.
- Knowledge of packaging materials and processes.
- Understanding of package testing methodology.
- Exposure to technical root cause analysis.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Competency in TOPS and/or CAPE software.
