Responsibilities
- Apply technical standards, principles, and techniques to perform limited scope activities.
- Develop technical documentation including designs, testing, and reports.
- Provide technical support for project activities within Operations, Maintenance, and Testing.
- Coordinate and lead portions of projects under supervision.
- Assist in the bid/evaluation processes by performing analysis on documentation and materials.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including customers and vendors.
- Supervise and mentor interns and less experienced engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering from an ABET accredited program.
- 0+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- EIT/FE (Engineer in Training/Fundamentals of Engineering) preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate unique technical skills and core competencies for the entry-level engineering role.
- Strong communication skills for inter-organizational and external interactions.
- Capability to coordinate work and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
- Commitment to continuous self-development of technical skills.
