Responsibilities
- Develop Low Voltage (LV) system requirements with cross-functional teams
- Maintain and release the LV system requirement document
- Characterize LV components with suppliers
- Ensure LV systems meet functional and performance requirements
- Participate in LV system DFMEA and functional safety studies
- Communicate LV system requirements to internal customers and suppliers
- Collaborate with LV system integration and validation engineers
Job Requirements
- B.S in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in automotive component and system release process
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle electrical system architecture
- Prior experience with low voltage system/component development
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
