Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall manufacturing strategy for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor teams in Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Reliability, and Test Engineering.
- Establish quality management systems to ensure high-quality drone production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product teams for seamless transitions.
- Manage manufacturing budgets, resources, and capital expenditures.
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards in manufacturing.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership in high-volume environments.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with quality management systems and statistical process control.
- Proven ability in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly and testing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance in manufacturing.
