Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership in high-volume production.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field; Master's preferred.
- Experience in scaling manufacturing operations and new product introductions.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and statistical process control.
- Proven ability in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including assembly and testing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
