Responsibilities
- Own the full CapEx lifecycle, from early scoping through procurement, installation, validation, and mass production readiness.
- Drive capital planning and execution for NPI and CI programs, ensuring factory readiness through budget, schedule, and CapEx management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align equipment requirements with program goals and ensure investment feasibility.
- Develop and manage capital budgets, including financial modeling of capital expenditures.
- Oversee equipment sourcing, vendor coordination, and deployment to meet manufacturing and quality milestones.
- Build and maintain long-range equipment and infrastructure roadmaps.
- Anticipate risks and drive mitigation efforts for successful execution of capital programs.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CapEx program management, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end capital projects from planning to production ramp.
- Expertise in capital budgeting, procurement strategy, and financial controls.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs across cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Highly organized and analytical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and forecasting.
