Responsibilities
- Own the full CapEx lifecycle from scoping to mass production readiness.
- Drive capital planning and execution for new product introduction and continuous improvement programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align equipment requirements with program goals.
- Develop and manage capital budgets and financial modeling of capital expenditures.
- Oversee equipment sourcing and vendor coordination for manufacturing milestones.
- Build long-range equipment and infrastructure roadmaps for scaling needs.
- Define and improve processes for CapEx forecasting and tracking.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CapEx program management or manufacturing operations.
- Proven success in leading capital projects from planning to production ramp.
- Expertise in capital budgeting and procurement strategy.
- Ability to manage complex programs across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and forecasting.
