Responsibilities
- Own the full CapEx lifecycle from scoping to mass production readiness.
- Drive capital planning and execution for NPI and CI programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align equipment requirements with program goals.
- Develop and manage capital budgets and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Oversee equipment sourcing and vendor coordination.
- Build and maintain long-range equipment and infrastructure roadmaps.
- Define and improve processes and tools for CapEx forecasting and tracking.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CapEx program management or manufacturing operations.
- Successful track record in leading capital projects from planning to production.
- Expertise in capital budgeting and financial controls.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs across teams and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
