Responsibilities
- Own the full CapEx lifecycle from scoping to production readiness.
- Drive capital planning and execution for new product introduction and continuous improvement programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align equipment requirements and ensure investment feasibility.
- Manage capital budgets and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Oversee equipment sourcing and vendor coordination.
- Build long-range equipment and infrastructure roadmaps.
- Define and improve processes for CapEx forecasting and tracking.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CapEx program management or manufacturing operations.
- Proven success in leading capital projects from planning to production.
- Expertise in capital budgeting and financial controls.
- Ability to manage complex programs across teams and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools.
