Responsibilities
- Own the full CapEx lifecycle from scoping to mass production readiness.
- Drive capital planning and execution for new product introduction and continuous improvement programs.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, and finance teams to align equipment requirements with program goals.
- Develop and manage capital budgets and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Oversee equipment sourcing and vendor coordination to meet manufacturing milestones.
- Build long-range equipment and infrastructure roadmaps to support scaling needs.
- Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful execution of capital programs.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CapEx program management or manufacturing operations.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end capital projects.
- Expertise in capital budgeting and financial controls.
- Ability to manage complex programs across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical and financial information.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with project management tools.
