Responsibilities
- Recommend and develop build sequences for Safety and Non-Safety Nuclear I&C systems.
- Work with I&C hardware design teams to resolve production floor design issues.
- Analyze nonconformances and provide instructions for rework & repair.
- Participate in weekly production meetings with planning and project teams.
- Collaborate with project teams, shop technicians, QC, QA, and supply chain to drive solutions.
- Assist in the development of production order operations with Production Planning and shop Technicians.
- Ensure safety compliance throughout all manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline preferred.
- Or 60 credits in an engineering or technical discipline, plus 1 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Understanding of the commercial nuclear industry or other regulated industries.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to safety in the workplace.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
