Responsibilities

  • Recommend and develop build sequences for Safety and Non-Safety Nuclear I&C systems.
  • Work with I&C hardware design teams to resolve production floor design issues.
  • Analyze nonconformances and provide instructions for rework & repair.
  • Participate in weekly production meetings with planning and project teams.
  • Collaborate with project teams, shop technicians, QC, QA, and supply chain to drive solutions.
  • Assist in the development of production order operations with Production Planning and shop Technicians.
  • Ensure safety compliance throughout all manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline preferred.
  • Or 60 credits in an engineering or technical discipline, plus 1 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Understanding of the commercial nuclear industry or other regulated industries.
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety in the workplace.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
