Responsibilities
- Daily management systems deployment and tracking & 5S implementation in SharePoint
- Conduct gap analysis assessments (Value Stream Mapping, maturity assessment, WMS)
- Monitor and validate progress towards operational goals
- Coordinate A3 and 8D activities and assist teams in tracking data
- Deploy advanced reporting systems for area management
- Lead operational excellence projects critical to strategic goals
- Facilitate and coach improvement teams
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
