Responsibilities
- Daily Management Systems deployment and tracking & 5S Implementation and tracking in SharePoint
- Help with gap analysis assessments (Value Stream Mapping, maturity assessment, WMS)
- Monitor/validate progress towards strategic goals (Visual workplace, Policy Deployment)
- Coordinate A3 and 8D activities and assist teams in tracking data
- Deploy advanced reporting systems to improve access to critical information
- Lead Operational Excellence projects critical to strategic goals
- Facilitate and coach improvement teams
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Completed sophomore year of college
