Responsibilities
- Participate in introductory training focused on standard analyses and obtain qualifications in the Fuel Performance functional area.
- Perform standard analysis work for US and international customers, ensuring adherence to nuclear safety and quality.
- Develop skills for independent assignments and verify evaluations performed by others.
- Support emergent issues and interface with customers and internal teams.
- Plan and schedule work to meet assignment requirements within budget.
- Participate on project teams and communicate project status to managers.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and support their implementation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Nuclear, Mechanical, or related field) preferred.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- 0-3 years of engineering experience required.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification is helpful.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer focus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to interface with various stakeholders.
