Job Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in engineering or computer science/engineering.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in HDD engineering.
- Basic knowledge of reliability principles and statistics.
- Significant experience with HDD firmware and analytics.
- Capability in data engineering and analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly for presentations.
