Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the vehicle Control Plan for quality controls.
- Provide on-site support for quality management in vehicle manufacturing.
- Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document problems and implement corrective actions.
- Verify vehicle compliance and sign off on completed vehicles.
- Investigate and improve product quality issues.
- Collaborate with teams for data-driven decision making on quality matters.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a Quality role in automotive manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with the 7D problem-solving process.
- Preferred 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of quality control planning and manufacturing supply chain techniques.
