Responsibilities
- Lead PCB design efforts, including schematic capture, layout, and component selection.
- Design and optimize power electronics systems such as DC/DC converters and motor drives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define electrical and system-level requirements.
- Evaluate and select electrical components to meet design and reliability goals.
- Conduct validation and verification testing, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Support system integration with mechanical and firmware engineers.
- Assist in DFM/DFT activities and collaborate with manufacturing for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 2+ years of professional experience in PCB design and power electronics.
- Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad).
- Strong understanding of power circuit topologies and layout best practices.
- Solid grasp of analog and digital circuit design and system-level debugging.
- Basic knowledge of microcontrollers and digital communication protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
