Responsibilities
- Drive new products from initial proof of concept through to mass production
- Generate mechanical solutions for various product requirements
- Collaborate with Electrical Engineering to integrate components into designs
- Work with Industrial Design to prototype and finalize product concepts
- Manage tooling release and validation for parts and processes
- Develop and execute mechanical reliability test plans
- Assist with failure analysis and troubleshooting
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven track record in designing and manufacturing electronics
- Mastery of 3D CAD software
- Hands-on experience with hardware building and testing
- Experience with overseas supply chains and part vendors
- Passion for aesthetically pleasing hardware design
- End-to-end product development experience
