Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development efforts from requirements definition to validation and certification.
- Work closely with Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Firmware, and Industrial Design teams to coordinate program schedules and deliverables.
- De-risk development by addressing testing, manufacturing, and compliance challenges.
- Conduct weekly meetings with vendors and internal teams for updates and presentations.
- Own the build plan and unit allocation leading up to product launches.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Managers, and Supply Chain teams to execute launch plans.
- Serve as the key contact for international manufacturing partners.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical design, validation, and manufacturing.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and manufacturing new electronics products.
- Experience completing at least one full hardware development cycle through product launch.
- 3+ years of experience with overseas hardware supply chains.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
