Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multi-disciplinary engineering teams (ME, EE, Systems, Software).
- Own engineering execution across the full product lifecycle.
- Deliver multiple concurrent development and customer-specific programs to meet targets.
- Partner with Marketing and Operations on customer requirement reviews.
- Plan and allocate engineering resources aligned with business priorities.
- Establish goals, metrics, and processes to improve engineering efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and retain top engineering talent.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline; Master’s preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive engineering experience in complex capital equipment.
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering organizations.
- Strong system-level understanding of complex electro-mechanical products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority programs.
- Experience working directly with customers and suppliers.
- Semiconductor equipment experience is a strong plus.
