Responsibilities
- Lead a team of manufacturing, process, and project engineers to meet business goals.
- Provide leadership and professional development to direct reports.
- Co-develop strategic plans and execute large-scale manufacturing initiatives.
- Oversee planning and execution of manufacturing programs.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Partner with Supply Chain for cost-reduction strategies.
- Drive new product introduction readiness through the product lifecycle phase-gate process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in high-mix, low-volume, complex capital equipment manufacturing.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturability, quality systems, and lean manufacturing tools.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
