Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, prepare, coordinate, and direct test completion.
- Enable day-to-day execution of vehicle integration and test flow.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to manage test plans and schedules.
- Ensure integration procedures are updated for efficient assembly.
- Develop and refine manufacturing processes for safety and quality.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve production issues.
- Document non-conformances and work with the quality team on corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, electrical, or similar field.
- Hands-on hardware integration and testing experience.
- Experience writing test plans and procedures.
- Familiarity with Linux and Python environments.
- Ability to make independent judgments with limited information.
- Experience with vehicle level system verifications and environmental tests.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
