Responsibilities
- Responsible Engineer for the flight engine controller and instrumentation
- Work with the test team to integrate engine controller with the test stand
- Design, build, and test circuit boards and write software for engine control systems
- Procure, calibrate, install, and troubleshoot engine instrumentation
- Responsible for wiring harnesses and avionics mounting on the engine
- Create electronics schematics and document processes
- Participate in engine testing and troubleshooting with the test team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- 2+ years of experience in electronics design, development, or testing
- Hands-on engineering experience
- Proficiency in electronics and circuit board design
- Coding skills in MATLAB, C++, JavaScript, C, Arduino
- CAD experience (NX preferred)
- Strong communication skills
