Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and manufacturing partners to ensure successful product development and mass production.
- Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) efforts to identify risks and opportunities.
- Oversee Post Ramp Qualification efforts for program quality improvements.
- Manage overall capacity planning, including coordination of equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with Materials Management and Sourcing to manage supply risks.
- Foster partnerships with Contract Manufacturers to ensure product quality and supply chain reliability.
- Monitor operational budgets and expenditures.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Hardware Operations Program Management or similar roles.
- Proven experience in delivering hardware products in complex environments.
- Familiarity with all hardware engineering disciplines and supply chain processes.
- Strong self-motivation and independent work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
- Ability to adapt complex challenges into tangible solutions.
