Responsibilities
- Drive Supply Chain readiness for hardware products ensuring program delivery on schedule, scale, cost, and quality.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, and Product Management to meet deadlines.
- Manage relationships with Contract Manufacturers and suppliers.
- Lead post-ramp validations for product and process changes.
- Identify and manage improvements in supply chain cost, quality, efficiency, and output.
- Provide regular program status updates to senior management.
- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Hardware Operations Program Management or similar roles.
- Experience in delivering hardware products to customers in complex environments.
- Knowledge of all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Hardware engineering disciplines and supply chain functions.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 30% of the time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
