Responsibilities
- Ensure SCS, SCC, and HCC are deployment ready prior to shipping.
- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) on deployed units.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support during deployment and operations.
- Interface with engineering, operations, and test personnel to improve system reliability.
- Compile deployment packages for the field team with operational considerations.
- Monitor the health of the SCS fleet operating in the field.
- Write operations and troubleshooting manuals for the systems.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in System Reliability Engineering.
- Experience with rotating machinery, turbomachinery, or industrial automation preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks and experience with MATLAB or Python preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Initiative and curiosity to drive results and understand system functioning.
