Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing methods and workflows.
- Recommend and execute improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Design and source tools and equipment for manufacturing.
- Lead product transitions from design to manufacturing.
- Collaborate on design-for-manufacturability (DFM).
- Estimate manufacturing costs and manage change orders.
- Track and report on process performance and efficiency metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process validation.
- Experience with PCB/PCBA manufacturing and quality inspection.
- Proficiency in documentation control and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
