Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance processes for PCB manufacturing.
- Monitor process performance and implement improvements.
- Prepare reports, flow diagrams, and charts for process enhancements.
- Ensure cost efficiency and optimal throughput and quality.
- Lead capital projects to address production capacity and technology issues.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met.
- Participate in design reviews to ensure processing compatibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related Operations or Engineering field.
- 3+ years of related experience, preferably in PCB manufacturing.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and ability to read engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies and SPC.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Visual Basic, and Minitab.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
