Responsibilities
- Apply reliability engineering concepts to improve low voltage electrical systems.
- Use statistics to identify reliability trends and provide risk assessments.
- Develop tools and processes for tracking fleet health metrics for electronics.
- Facilitate root cause investigations with a focus on physics of failure.
- Review electronic Contract Manufacturer test and end-of-line data for risk identification.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams and perform on-site audits.
- Deploy reliability testing guidelines and innovate new testing methods.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Five or more years of experience in a reliability engineering role.
- Strong technical background in applied statistics for reliability.
- Proficiency in a coding language, preferably Python.
- Understanding of Highly Accelerated Testing methods and failure mechanisms.
- Technical knowledge related to PCBA reliability and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with Contract Manufacturers in Asia and North America.
