Responsibilities
- Run Non-Fired Test Cell (NFTC) Validation activities.
- Plan tests in agreement with the Supervisor/manager of the development group.
- Define testing specifications, build configurations, and ensure appropriate testing cycles.
- Track testing results and maintain a failure log.
- Assist in allocating spring lots to development and production engines.
- Monitor valvetrain anomalies and related engine component faults.
- Conduct thorough NFTC performance and durability testing, including data analysis and reporting.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of engine management software function and tuning experience.
- Strong understanding of internal combustion engine functions.
- Good understanding of basic engineering processes and systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient experience with Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of engine management software and dynamometer testing.
