Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performance global R&D Engineering team of over 200 members.
- Provide strategic leadership and technical expertise aligned with divisional goals.
- Influence product development processes through effective use of experimental data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop new product instrumentation roadmaps.
- Cultivate a culture of inclusion, diversity, and innovation within the engineering team.
- Mentor and develop team capabilities while recruiting and retaining talent.

Job Requirements
- MS/Ph.D. in Engineering or Applied Physics with 15+ years of experience in engineering project leadership.
- Proven track record of launching life science instruments and understanding quality systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading global, multidisciplinary teams in life science instrumentation.
- Ability to influence across the organization and drive business strategy.
- Outstanding financial and analytical skills.
