Responsibilities
- Interface with production operations and engineering teams to develop quality signals and processes.
- Maintain quality processes for nonconforming materials and parts.
- Manage containment actions for non-conforming products and coordinate root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities for risk reduction and improve manufacturability in designs and processes.
- Track yield, test/inspection escapes, and incorporate lessons learned into new product introductions.
- Lead projects and develop strategies for supply chain improvements.
- Build relationships across teams to address reliability and process gaps.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
- 1+ years of experience in quality systems or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as Lean principles and Six Sigma.
- Experience with high volume manufacturing and supplier quality processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and self-direct.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the work week.
