Responsibilities
- Lead a global PCBA Value Engineering Program across multiple divisions and sites.
- Define program objectives, goals, KPIs, and structure in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage a team of Electrical engineers on component selection and PCBA redesign projects.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Operations, and Procurement for technical alignment.
- Support EMS Category Management in technical RFQ analysis and VAVE ideation.
- Convey design requirements to the Indian Engineering Center PCBA CoE team.
- Develop and communicate technical project proposals, including business case definitions and planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Physics.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
- 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Experience in PCBA manufacturing, design, or electrical systems.
- Strong business acumen and emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to lead complex Value Engineering projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications.
