Responsibilities
- Lead a global PCBA Value Engineering Program to achieve productivity savings and modernize PCBAs.
- Define program objectives, goals, KPIs, and structure in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage a team of Electrical engineers for component selection and PCBA redesign projects.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Operations, and Procurement to align technical requirements.
- Support technical RFQ analysis and ideation for PCBA redesign and supplier efficiency.
- Convey design requirements to the Indian Engineering Center PCBA CoE team.
- Drive change and manage projects through effective communication and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Physics.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
- 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Experience in PCBA manufacturing, design, or electrical systems.
- Strong business acumen and emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to lead complex Value Engineering projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications.
