Responsibilities
- Support design and testing for HTS magnet prototyping programs.
- Engage in mechanical design, including CAD and FEA.
- Conduct electromagnetic simulation and hardware prototyping.
- Execute cryogenic testing.
- Work on high-temperature superconducting magnet engineering.
- Assist with cryogenic and vacuum systems.
- Participate in instrumentation and diagnostic systems engineering.
Job Requirements
- Enrolled in a STEM undergraduate or graduate program (mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, materials science, electrical engineering, etc.).
- Interest in clean and sustainable energy.
- Hands-on or computational experience through academic research or projects.
- Highly self-motivated and independent.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Willingness to learn new things.
