Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end RFx process, including issuing RFQs and negotiating terms.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams for New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for supply chain objectives.
- Gain expertise in the supply base and fabrication processes to support decision-making.
- Evaluate global supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
- Manage contracts, ensuring necessary agreements are in place before business initiation.
- Establish key performance indicators for supplier performance monitoring.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement related to electronics manufacturing.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or relevant engineering fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills across multiple teams.
- Experience in managing PCBA manufacturing and strategic sourcing.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor components in automotive applications.
