Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with Equipment Engineers to extend asset life.
- Improve work management processes for maintenance efficiency.
- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
- Optimize maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
- Foster a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs to track reliability metrics and maintenance effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of reliability engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Expertise in predictive maintenance techniques.
- Proven experience leading RCFA and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Minitab or JMP.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is desirable.
