Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a product roadmap for multiple hardware products across vehicle models.
- Lead market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams on product development activities including prototyping and design release.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless product experience.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to select and configure product manufacturers.
- Execute all release and administrative workstreams for launching engineered products.
- Define metrics to measure customer satisfaction and product performance for future decisions.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent product-related/business degree.
- 2+ years of experience in product management and product development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven history of converting customer insights into product features.
- Entrepreneurial instincts with a track record of leading new initiatives.
