Responsibilities
- Full product design responsibility from concept to production launch.
- Complete 3D design of complex parts and assemblies.
- Advance product performance while reducing cost and mass through improvements.
- Develop new technologies with early process development support.
- Build prototypes quickly and iteratively.
- Define specifications for parts, tests, suppliers, and manufacturing.
- Conduct basic testing and analysis, supporting system-level testing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Any level of experience from new grad to seasoned engineer.
- Strong fundamentals in heat transfer, mechanics, statistics, fluids, and basic electronics.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD, with 3DX experience being a plus.
- Detail-oriented with solid documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to learn quickly and iterate at maximum speed.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
