Responsibilities
- Design and package components to meet product and system-level requirements.
- Lead product integration reviews and mediate trade-off situations.
- Develop packaging master sections for robotic systems.
- Support virtual builds and physical prototypes for product development.
- Manage CAD and surface maturity for the program.
- Propose solutions to complex cross-functional problems using engineering principles.
- Build positive team culture and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in robotics integration and packaging.
- Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Knowledge of part manufacturing processes relevant to robotics.
- Outstanding design, packaging, and 3D modeling skills, preferably with CATIA/3DX.
- Proven problem-solving and strong communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities.
