Responsibilities
- Develop highly automated manufacturing lines from concept to production.
- Drive optimization of equipment and processes to enhance yield and throughput.
- Manage installation, qualification, and ramp-up of manufacturing lines.
- Lead validation of production processes and automated inspection tools.
- Generate machine specifications, standards, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and equipment suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with high-volume manufacturing.
- Proven data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD or other CAD software.
- Manufacturing process development and evaluation experience.
- Experience in directing complex projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
