Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop manufacturing technology from concept to production.
- Create process sequences and establish critical process parameters.
- Lead the development of prototype manufacturing equipment for production lines.
- Manage internal and external equipment suppliers for production line integration.
- Work with production teams to ramp up the line and optimize processes.
- Document engineering testing reports and maintain records of performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Catia and AutoCAD preferred).
- Experience in mechanical assembly and electrical integration.
- Familiarity with torque tools, fixture design, and automation equipment.
- Experience transitioning products from prototype to production.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
