Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Develop manufacturing technology from concept to production.
- Create process sequences and establish critical process parameters for efficient production.
- Lead the development of innovative prototype manufacturing equipment.
- Manage internal and external equipment suppliers for production line integration.
- Work with the production team to ramp up the line and optimize processes.
- Document engineering testing reports and maintain records of equipment performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Catia and AutoCAD preferred).
- Experience in mechanical assembly and electrical integration.
- Familiarity with torque tools, fixture design, and automation equipment.
- Experience in transitioning products from prototype to production.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.
