Responsibilities
- Interface with cross-functional teams to review manufacturing feasibility of product designs.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and launching assembly processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with methodologies like DMAIC and 5 Whys.
- Hands-on experience with modifying jigs and coordinating equipment installations.
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, and similar software.
- Ability to manage competing demands and work in high-pressure environments.
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to improve manufacturing efficiency.
