Manufacturing Engineer, Energy Products

The Manufacturing Engineer will lead the development and deployment of assembly and test processes for new manufacturing lines, focusing on high-quality production of power electronics for vehicles and energy products.

• Design and develop manufacturing processes for high-volume production.
• Deploy manufacturing processes and equipment to production, ensuring tool qualification and process documentation.
• Ramp processes to meet production targets for cycle time, availability, yield, quality, and reliability.
• Apply various manufacturing techniques and quality assurance methods to ensure product excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex problems using data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize lean and six sigma principles for process optimization.
• Analyze data using tools like MySQL, Python, or R to support manufacturing decisions.

• 2+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role.
• Experience with lean and six sigma principles and related tools.
• Proficiency in data querying and analysis for decision-making.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in developing and optimizing assembly processes in automated environments.
• Knowledge of various manufacturing techniques and quality assurance methods.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative leadership skills.
