Responsibilities
- Ideate concepts for equipment and manufacturing systems
- Develop specifications and manage the RFQ process
- Lead and manage vendors, coordinating project scope across teams
- Validate and optimize processes from prototype builds to full production
- Transition products from low-volume prototypes to large-scale production
- Function as lead manufacturing engineer or project manager on new equipment
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering or relevant experience
- Experience in developing and implementing manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to deploy and validate processes in automated production
- Proficiency in geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience in launching large, automated manufacturing lines
- Familiarity with industrial engineering concepts like line balancing
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Physics, or equivalent experience
